Electrostatic separator separate the waste materials on using the differences of conductive, in the combination of high-voltage corona electric field and high-voltage electrostatic electric field, and electric power and mechanical force. This equipment strengthens attraction on the conductor electrostatic and the repulsion on non-conductor. High frequency alternating strong magnetic field is generated on the surface of the magnetic roller.
When the non-ferrous metal with electrical conductivity passes through the magnetic field, the eddy current will be induced inside the non-ferrous metal. The eddy current itself will create a magnetic field opposite to the direction of the original magnetic field, and non-ferrous metal(such as copper、aluminum,etc)will leap forward along direction of its transport for the repulsive of magnetic field and will be separated with other non-metallic materials. The main distinguishing criterion is of waste material conductivity and the ratio of density. The material with high ratio value is easier to separate than the material with low ratio.
