Baled Aluminum Recycling Plant

YUXI baled aluminum shredding plant is designed with most advanced, reasonable and economical production process to crush and recycle the aluminum. It’s a physically shredding & selection processing line, working in the normal temperature, causing no pollution.

Scrap aluminum alloy, Aluminum Cans, UBC Cans, Scrap Aluminum with paint, Scrap engine, Scrap radiator, Broken bridge aluminum, Water tank, Copper wire, Air conditioner radiator, Copper and aluminum plate and other scrap metal materials.

Working Flow

The scrap aluminum shredding plant uses a specially designed heavy duty MS series Metal Shredder for the preliminary shredding. After that a Dust collection system for removing the dust, a powerful magnetic separator is used for separating the ferrous metal, a rotary trammel to select the sand, stone and some other dust and eddy current separator as option to remove the non-metal scrap.
