The pyrolysis steel wire crushing and washing line is an integrated production line for “crushing-separation-purification” of waste steel wire (such as pyrolysis tire steel wire, pyrolysis plastic-metal composite steel wire, etc.) produced after pyrolysis process treatment.
Its core function is to remove the pyrolysis residues such as carbon black, resin, oil, dust, etc.attached to the surface of the steel wire through physical crushing and dust removal processes, and process the steel wire into pure metal raw materials that meet the recycling standards.

We can offer size reduction for the following materials:
Tyre Steel Bundles.
Tyre Rings.
Steel Wire.
End product: Clean steel wire: purity up to 99%, smooth surface, can be directly used as high-quality steel making raw material, with large market demand and high value

Step 1: Coarse Shredding and Initial Wire Removal
Waste tires or cables are fed via a conveyor belt into a heavy-duty, dual-shaft shearing shredder, where they are shredded and sheared into 50-80mm chunks, achieving the initial separation of the rubber/plastic from the steel wire skeleton.

Step 2: Secondary and Fine Crushing and Complete Disintegration
After coarse crushing, the material enters a high-speed rotary pulverizer. The intense impact and friction of the hammers further pulverize the remaining rubber and fiber into fine particles, completely “releasing” the steel wire.

Step 3: Efficient Sorting – The Core Process
Magnetic Separation: Utilizing the ferromagnetic properties of steel wire, a strong magnetic drum/magnetic separator automatically separates the pure steel wire, achieving the initial, efficient separation of metals and non-metals.
