Flow Chart

1. Pretreatment system:The pretreatment system is mainly responsible for the preliminary classification, disassembly and cleaning of waste refrigerator, removing harmful substances and non-recyclable parts, and providing convenience for subsequent treatment.
2. Crushing system: The crushing system uses advanced crushing equipment to crush the pretreated waste refrigerator appliances and decompose them into smaller particles or fragments for subsequent sorting and recycling.
3. Sorting system: Through wind separation, magnetic separation, eddy current separation and other methods, the metal, plastic, glass and other materials in the crushed materials are effectively separated.
4. Dust removal system: The dust removal system is used to deal with dust and harmful gases generated during the production process to ensure a clean and environmentally friendly production environment.
