Flow Chart

The entire production process is highly automated and integrated, with clear procedures, and only requires 1-2 people to operate.
Feeding: Scrap wires, after pre-processing (to remove large impurities), are fed into the feed conveyor.
Crushing: The material enters the crushing unit, where the cutter discs pulverize it into copper-plastic mixed granules.
Conveying: The crushed mixture is transported to the sorting system via a screw conveyor or elevator.
Sorting: The mixed material first passes through a vibrating screen for preliminary screening and dust removal before entering the core electrostatic separator for the final separation of copper and plastic.
Dust Removal: Dust generated throughout the entire process is collected by a pulse dust removal system, ensuring a clean, pollution-free production environment that meets environmental standards.
Discharging: The resulting pure copper rice and plastic granules are discharged through separate outlets and can be packaged and sold directly.
