Working Principle

Hammer Crushing, Efficient Disintegration
Feeding: Material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber via a heavy-duty chain conveyor or grab bucket.
Crushing: The high-speed, high-mass rotor drives the articulated hammers, which repeatedly and violently hammer the material, breaking it into pieces.
Screening: Once the crushed material reaches the specified size, it falls through the bottom screen. Undersized material remains in the crushing chamber until it is crushed enough to pass through the screen.
Discharging: Qualified crushed material falls through the screen and is transported to the belt conveyor or vibrating conveyor below for further processing.
