Magnetic Separator for efficient sorting. Rapidly and continuously extract ferromagnetic metals from shredded waste, including automotive parts, appliance scrap, and scrap steel.
Efficient Sorting: Rapidly and continuously extracts ferromagnetic metals from shredded waste materials such as automotive parts, appliance scrap, and scrap steel.

Used car recycling: Separating cast iron and steel from crushed automotive debris (ASR).
Used home appliance recycling: Recovering iron from crushed materials such as washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioners.
Industrial waste treatment: Processing of industrial waste such as steel slag, tailings, foundry sand, and grinding dust.
Domestic waste treatment: Recovering scrap iron from incinerated waste slag.
Non-ferrous metal recycling: Serving as a pre-treatment device to remove iron impurities and protect subsequent equipment such as eddy current separators.

The working principle of a magnetic separator is based on the differences in magnetic properties of materials. At the heart of the device is a magnetic system that generates a powerful magnetic field. When mixed materials pass through the separator’s separation zone, ferromagnetic materials are rapidly attracted by the powerful magnetic force and carried to the discharge area by the movement of the magnetic system. There, as the magnetic field weakens or disappears, the ferromagnetic materials fall off under the action of gravity or scrapers, achieving separation.
