The eddy current separator is a new generation of non-ferrous metal separation equipment independently developed by our company. Utilizing advanced eddy current induction principles, it can efficiently and accurately separate various non-ferrous metals, including copper, aluminum, zinc, gold, and silver, from solid waste such as industrial scrap, electronic waste, scrap automobile parts, and non-ferrous metal scrap.


Uniform Feeding: Pre-treated material (usually crushed to a specific size range) is evenly conveyed onto the sorting belt via a vibrating feeder or conveyor belt.
High-Speed Ejection: Material exits the end of the belt at an optimal speed and enters the eddy current separation zone.
Magnetic Field Separation: Conductive metals are ejected forward by electromagnetic force above the magnetic rollers, while non-conductive materials fall along a natural parabola.
Product Separation: An adjustable separator at the rear of the equipment precisely directs the ejected metallic products and naturally falling non-metallic products into separate collection bins.
Recycling: Separated products can be collected separately, and intermediate products can be returned for secondary sorting to achieve optimal recovery.
